Hubbler’s asset management is an app where you can manage your inventory, asset allocation, asset maintenance, etc. 

You can shape the app’s workflow, choose the features and set the rules. You can also customize names, fields and units to suit your business’s unique needs.

Now let’s get into how you can use it.

Steps to Use The Asset Management App

Step 1:  Log in to Hubbler using Web Login from your phone. There, you’ll find your asset management app in the annotated box as shown below.

Step 2: Click on the app. A window will appear. There, put the Location in which the asset is present and click Submit.

Step 3: Here, specify which group of asset it belongs to as well as the depreciation percentage for each of those categories. For example, furniture, electronics, plasticwares, etc. After this, click Submit.

Step 4: Fill in all the fields as shown in the image below. You also have the option to attach the invoice by clicking on Upload and selecting the file from your system. Then click Submit.

Step 5: Now, Asset Master will act as a database for all the onboarded assets. 

This application will also contain additional details of the asset like WDV, Current WDV, Calculation Date and Last Calculation Date. These details are mainly captured for Depreciation Calculation.

This application is also used to bulk upload data

Step 6: This application gathers data from Asset Master to calculate Depreciation for each asset.
